Weston-Super-Mare and Berrow offer miles of sandy shoreline and dunes. Go on the famous grade two listed pier with its amusements or have a traditional afternoon tea in its restaurant overlooking the bay.
With a large variety of options for your evening entertainment you can take in a show at the Playhouse or dance away in one of the many clubs. Or simply find a bar to share a drink with friends either way you will make great memories.
Explore the limestone caves of Cheddar set at the foot of its gorge. Sample a variety of the cheeses made in the local area or climb Jacobs ladder to take in the views across the hills and moors. Or why not try your hand at some of the rock sports available from climbing to potholing.

Forget Me Knot is located in the Mendip Hills Area Of Natural Beauty and miles of footpaths. lanes and tracks start at your door. With published walks from an hour to several you decide on how far you want to go. Rest assured though you are never far from a friendly country inn to stop off and have a refreshing drink and meal.
Somerset is famous for its cider as you can tell from the number of cider apple orchards in the area. There are several local cider makers where you can sample a wide variety of drinks. From traditional cloudy Somerset scrumpy to brandy. The world famous Thatcher’s Cider Makers are here also with their farm shop and own pub sitting next door to the presses.
Just over half an hour away is the city of Bristol. Why not visit Clifton Village with its boutique shops and eateries or cross the famous suspension bridge built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and tour the Long Ashton Estate.
Surfing at the Wave
Why not enjoy a day surfing at The Wave Bristol. An inland surf centre for all ages and abilities. If you have never surfed before lessons and equipment can be arranged here.
Shopping at the Mall
With The Mall at Cribbs Causeway and retail park you can spend the afternoon shopping with over 150 stores to chose from followed by a meal at the Venue and then take in a movie at the Vue.
If you enjoy golf then bring your clubs. There are three courses in the local area where you can enjoy a short nine, a full 18 or just some practice on the driving range. Half an hour away is the award wining Berrow Golf Course.
City Of Bath
The City of Bath is 45 minutes away and full of historic sights and buildings to discover. From the ancient roman baths to its Abbey. There is also an abundance of parks, shops and restaurants to enjoy along with its theatres.
City of Wells
Wells Cathedral and the Bishops Palace are set at the foot of the Mendip hills and make a wonderful day out. Just outside the city is Wookey Hole with its many attractions from paper making to animatronic dinosaurs.
