Yes, when you book a stay at Forget Me Knot the whole apartment is yours. Whilst their are two bedrooms even if your are a single couple you will have the exclusive use of all the facilities.
There are two double bedrooms and a maximum of four guests may stay at a time.
No children can not stay at FMK, all guests must be over 18.
While we are pet lovers ourselves we have to consider all our guests some of who may have allergies to animals.
Yes, FMK is a fully self catering venue.
Yes. There are two dedicated free off road parking spaces within the grounds of FMK and close to the apartment.
No, towels and toiletries are supplied but you are welcome to bring your favourite products with you should you wish to. Each bedroom also has a full size hairdryer.
The closest bus stop is a mile away.
A main train line station can be found four miles away in Weston with direct links to Bristol, London, the South West, Wales and the Midlands. There are also bus and coach links. A wide selection of Local taxi firms are available.
Yes. FMK gives the opportunity to take pictures or video in a unique setting for your own private use and many guests enjoy this.
Filming and photography is not permitted however for commercial usage without prior written consent.
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, this includes electronic cigarettes/vaporisers.
There is a fire and smoke detection system monitored by an alarm receiving station for your added safety. Activation or interference with this detection system will incur a charge as set out in the booking Terms and Conditions.
Smoking is permitted outside within the grounds of FMK we would however ask that you be considerate in disposing of your cigarette ends.
If you or any guest has any individual needs, such as reduced mobility, please advise us before making your Booking and we will be able to check if we are able to meet your specific needs. Wherever possible we will always try to accommodate guests where reasonable to do so.
Booking & Billing
Yes. Two weeks is the longest permitted stay on a single booking.
Check-in is between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. Check-out is by 10:00am. Where possible we will accommodate early/late checking times and do not charge for this facility. Any requests for early or late checking times will be confirmed via email at time of booking.
For a single night stay full payment is due at time of booking. For stays of 2 or more nights a 50% deposit of the total cost is due at time of booking. The remaining balance being due 48 hours prior to arrival.
Your statement will show a payment to “FMK One”.
No. We do not have any cash handling facilities and all payments or refunds will be by credit/debit card. We accept most major cards including Amex.
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to the check in date will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the check in date the deposit will be non refundable but no further charges will be liable. For single night stays the deposit will be an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay. Special offers/deals may have their own terms which will take precedence and be set out with the offer.
You will receive a written quote for you stay detailing dates and cost prior to payment. Once payment has been made confirmation of payment and receipt will be sent. No booking is confirmed until you have received this written confirmation of payment.
Any cancellations, amendments, additional payments or refunds due, will be confirmed at the time of change in writing.
